We’ve taken everything our students have loved over the past three years—and made it even more comprehensive, hands-on, and accessible.
This four week class is designed to give you real-world knowledge, practical tools, and confidence for every stage of birth and early parenthood. You’ll learn from experienced nurses, doulas, and parents as we walk you through everything from anatomy and hormones to labor positions, comfort techniques, decision-making, and postpartum recovery.
We’ve expanded the content, added more hands-on practice, and spaced it out over two sessions to give you time to absorb and apply what you’ve learned.

A copy of our WOMB workbook
A resource folder + birth plan flipbook
Light snacks provided
