We’ve redesigned our childbirth class to make it more accessible and supportive. Instead of cramming everything into a single weekend, the course now runs as a recurring four-week program. This allows families to absorb the information in smaller, more digestible sessions—without feeling overwhelmed—and gives you the chance to build connections with other parents week after week.

Everything that made our previous format successful is still here: real, practical information about what to expect at the hospital, guidance that reduces stigma around medical interventions, and tools to help you build trust and communication with your care team.
