Basics of Childbirth (April Cohort)

Our signature childbirth class just got even better.
We’ve taken everything our students have loved over the past three years—and made it even more comprehensive, hands-on, and accessible.

This four week class is designed to give you real-world knowledge, practical tools, and confidence for every stage of birth and early parenthood. You’ll learn from experienced nurses, doulas, and parents as we walk you through everything from anatomy and hormones to labor positions, comfort techniques, decision-making, and postpartum recovery.

We’ve expanded the content, added more hands-on practice, and spaced it out over two sessions to give you time to absorb and apply what you’ve learned.

Your registration includes:

  • Two seats (for you and a partner or support person)

  • A copy of our WOMB workbook

  • A resource folder + birth plan flipbook

  • Light snacks provided

Join us to build knowledge, ask questions, and connect with your chosen support person —whether that’s your partner, a doula, or a friend/family member.

Please use the back alley to park behind the building. There is a parking lot there. Someone will be waiting at the back door to let you in. We will have someone available to open the doors at approximately 5:45pm and they will wait until 6:15pm or until everyone has arrived. If you arrive after 6:15pm, we will leave a note with a phone number to call to be let in. You can always email us at hello@wombroanoke.com with questions.
